What makes this "Farm Salsa"? Because all ingredients came from the farmers market this morning!
amelia tomatoes
celery stalk + leaves
white + red radishes
red pepper
scallions
cilantro
dill
mint
garlic
One of the vendors that I regularly visit at the market told me that in California, tickets are issued to the farmers who use plastic bags!
Yay ... I love that.
So, maybe in about 10 years, Florida will hop on that band wagon haha, but ... until then ...
please please please remember to bring your own cloth bag. It's NOT just a trend. Plastic is so 'last season'!
